Description
Right Weigh’s 202-DDG-01C interior digital load scale is designed for monitoring one height control valve (HCV). This is typically for installation on a truck monitoring a single height control valve drive axle group. The gauge also has the option of calculating an estimated steer weight based on the drive weight. After both an empty and loaded calibration has been performed at a certified ground scale, the gauge will reliably display the on-the-ground axle group weight in pounds or kilograms.202-DDG-01C – 202 Series Digital Dash Gauge – 1 Air Sensor – Chrome Bezel

Right Weigh’s 202-DDG-02C interior digital load scale is designed for monitoring two height control valves (HCV’s). This can be either one drive axle group with dual HCV’s, or a dedicated tractor-trailer set with one HCV each. When installed on a typical tractor-trailer with one HCV on the drive, and one HCV on the trailer, this gauge can display estimated steer, drive, and trailer weight. After both an empty and loaded calibration has been performed at a certified ground scale, the gauge will reliably display the on-the-ground axle group weight in pounds or kilograms.

- Two air pressure sensors monitors either one dual height control valve axle group, or a dedicated tractor/trailer set with a total of two height control valves

101-SK: Covers the installation from the back of the load scale to one axle group’s air suspension system
301-QDK: Covers the installation from the back of the gauge to the trailer axle suspension, using a quick disconnect system

Right Weigh’s 202-DDG-03C interior digital load scale has 3 internal air sensors and is designed for monitoring three height control valves (HCV’s). This can be a combination of a dual HCV tractor, with a single HCV trailer, a single HCV truck, and 2 single HCV trailers and so on. On the display, you can setup an Estimated Steer Axle, Drive, Trailer A, and Trailer B depending on your configuration – as long as your truck and trailers consist of a total of 3 height control valves.
- On-the-ground axle group weight is displayed in pounds or kilograms on a touchscreen LCD
- Three air pressure sensors monitors either a dual HCV axle group along with a single HCV group, or three axle groups with a single HCV each.
- Fits in a standard 2-1/16″ round gauge cutout
- Estimated steer weight available when installed on a drive axle group, programmable PIN code

You will need a combination of 101-SK kits and 301-QDK kits depending on where the HCV’s are in the system.
101-SK: (Covers back of the load scale to either a drive or steer airbag (one kit needed per height control valve)
301-QDK: (Covers back of the load scale to a dedicated trailer axle airbag (one kit needed per height control valve)
