"I ordered this on 12/12/24 to be shipped NDA, I called and spoke three times to customer service and they assured me that it would ship on Monday, then Tuesday and was told by each agent they would call me back that never happened. Just got a Email of the tracking and this is shipping today 12/18/24 . Note that I also told them that this was a highly important shipment and it did cost our company money because of their neglect to understand that it was important, I guess if you need fast shipments this may not be the place to use? "
