Bendix Brake Dust Shield
The Bendix Brake Dust Shield is positioned between the brake assembly and surrounding components to block debris generated during braking events. As the brakes engage and release, friction material dust is deflected away from sensitive parts, helping reduce buildup in surrounding areas. The shield follows wheel rotation and brake movement without contacting rotating surfaces. It is used on front brake assemblies sized for 16.50 in. x 7 in. brakes and supports routine brake service procedures. The Bendix k088118K assists with brake area cleanliness during normal vehicle use.
